Avance advises Puuilo, a leading Finnish discount store chain, in its acquisition of Tavaratalo Hurrikaani’s business operations in Nokia, Ylöjärvi and Forssa.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities and the fulfilment of other customary closing conditions. The acquisition is expected to be completed in stages during the first half of financial year 2024.
