Ritch Mueller represented Acosta Verde, a real estate company specialized in commercial properties, and its shareholders (including private equity fund Equity International), in connection with an investment by Promecap Acquisition Company in Acosta Verde, and in the de-SPACing process of such investor and merger with the company.
