Wolters Kluwer Polska published a ranking of lawyers most active in representing clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Prof. Sławomir Dudzik, Managing Partner at SPCG, was among those honored.
The aforementioned ranking is part of the annual report "Polish Lawyers before the CJEU" prepared by Wolters Kluwer, summarizing the activities of Polish legal representatives before the EU Court during the year. These proceedings, resolved at the European Union level, often have a significant impact on business operations across multiple EU Member States. The published list aims, among other things, to indicate to entities whose cases may reach the Court in the future which lawyer in Poland can be entrusted with EU law matters, ensuring professional representation before the EU judiciary.
In the proceedings included in the ranking, Prof. Dudzik represented SPCG clients primarily in the areas of telecommunications law, banking law, and competition law. Inclusion among the recognized practitioners confirms extensive experience in handling cases that require not only an in-depth knowledge of European Union law, but also procedural expertise before the CJEU.
