In a recent Q&A series with Law.com, Merc Pittinos discusses his leadership role at Moye White as managing partner and his career journey. He highlights those who have influenced his leadership, offers advice to his younger self and those who want to rise and lead an office, and provides an overview of the key firm initiatives that Moye White’s management committee is working on currently.
“Moye White has always been entrepreneurial in spirit, and one of our strategies is to differentiate ourselves from other law firms. This includes transitioning our management team into a younger group of leaders, as well as rethinking and elevating how we service our clients,” Pittinos explains. “I was previously the co-chair of our real estate section and served on a team charged with developing and implementing Moye White’s strategic plan. Through these initiatives, my colleagues were able to see and experience my leadership style, and I am honored they felt I was suited for the role of managing partner.”
