Pesquera Centinela S.A.C. -an affiliate of the Romero Group in Peru- bought Inversiones Scherma S.A.C., owner of the Ernestina fishing vessel and its fishing quota. The purchase agreement was signed in mid-December 2017.
Inversions Scherma took advice from Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados.
Pesquera Centinela is engaged in the extraction and processing of fish for fishmeal and fish oil production, both for human consumption and industrial use. It also manufactures frozen and canned fish products.
