Cole, Jr., managing partner at Pepper Hamilton, said, “At Pepper Hamilton, we are committed to providing industry-leading support and benefits for diverse attorneys, including our LGBTQ Peppers. We’re proud that the Human Rights Campaign has recognized our efforts for the sixth year in a row and again named us as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
