DZP has enhanced its partnership team in key advisory areas. The promotions of Joanna Fasula, Marek Paluch and Kamil Pociecha reflect the Law Firm’s recognition of their experience, expertise and commitment to developing client and team relationships.
Joanna Fasula, from the Corporate and M&A Practice, specialises in M&A transactions, joint venture projects and day-to-day corporate advice. She also supports clients in restructuring and due diligence processes.
Marek Paluch, from the Life Sciences Practice, advises clients in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. He has extensive experience in regulatory issues, administrative and administrative court proceedings, and compliance.
Kamil Pociecha, from the Infrastructure and Energy Practice, advises on the preparation and implementation of and settlement of accounts in infrastructure projects. He supports entities in the construction, energy and real estate sectors, and also represents clients in disputes relating to the investment process.
