We are thrilled to announce that Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas (“RAD”) has incorporated Pamela Arce as a partner in the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice area. In this position, Pamela will lead advisories in complex business processes, special situations and advanced strategies for the prevention and mitigation of insolvency risks, in addition to designing and implementing innovative legal structures that promote the recovery and financial sustainability of our clients.

Pamela is a lawyer with an exceptional track record in the financial and corporate fields. For more than a decade, she was an important part of our team, participating in landmark transactions both locally and internationally. Later, she completed an LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley and worked as an international associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, where she excelled in matters of high legal and financial sophistication. Her global experience and strategic vision bring a practical and precise approach that further elevates our ability to deliver customized, high-impact legal solutions.

Pamela's return not only strengthens our Restructuring and Insolvency practice, reinforcing its position as one of the most specialized and outstanding in the Peruvian market, but also marks an important milestone for our firm: Pamela is now our sixth female partner. This achievement reflects our strong commitment to equity and diversity as fundamental pillars to build collaborative teams, capable of facing legal and business challenges with creativity, vision and excellence.

José Jiménez, partner of the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy area, comments that “Pamela's reincorporation not only represents a great boost for the technical growth of the area, but also a special moment for those of us who have worked with her for years. Her international experience and ability to handle complex processes make her a key player in continuing to provide high-value solutions to our clients. Personally, I am very happy to have her back as a colleague and now as a partner.”

“It is an honor to rejoin the RAD, this time as a partner of the first Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy area in the country, which will allow me to participate in the most relevant cases in insolvency matters. In recent years, I have gained valuable experience in top-level firms, which today allows me to contribute with a more strategic and client-focused approach. The RAD is distinguished by two pillars: its excellence in professional service and its commitment to the team; and joining a group where female talent is promoted is particularly motivating for me. I am very grateful for the trust and very excited about this new stage in my career” says Pamela Arce.

Furthermore, Alberto Rebaza, founding partner and Managing Partner of the firm, points out that “Pamela represents everything we value at RAD: technical excellence, professional integrity and a global outlook with local commitment. Her international trajectory and her evolution as a lawyer over the years are testimony to her talent and determination. We are delighted to see her return home, now as a partner, and to have her join the group of female leaders driving the firm's transformation. This is a further step in our commitment to building a diverse, powerful team that is ready for the challenges of the future”.

At Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas we have always believed that true strength lies in teamwork and the transformative power of shared ideas. We are very excited to have Pamela back among us, bringing her talent, leadership and passion to this new stage.
