Our real estate team is proud to have advised PRODEA Investments, regarding the acquisition of Thetis Ktimatiki-Emporiki S.A., owner of an energy efficient logistics complex of 59,015 sq.m., in an area of 146,000 sq.m. in Aspropyrgos, Attica.
