Olympic retained our firm to provide corporate and regulatory advice on a regular basis regarding its interest in Block XIII (northern cost of Peru) and its operations therein. We have provided Olympic with our analysis of the legal and contract framework applicable to the use of the Block's Collection and Injection System for the supply of natural gas to third companies (i.e. direct sale by the gas producer), as well as in relation to the impacts that the award of a concession agreement to another company - for the distribution of Natural Gas through a pipeline network - may have in Olympic's business plan. Our office in Bogota also participated in a benchmark requested by Olympic, providing advice on the rules that Colombia has for gas supply, distribution and marketing activities.
