Olleros Abogados has signed a strategic Alliance with the Portuguese firm "Nobre Guedes, Mota, Soares & Associados" (NGMS) aiming at providing joint assistance to clients in Spain and Portugal as well as in those countries where the cooperation between both firms enhances the efficiency of the legal services rendered.
The agreement has been legally formalized under the name of "Olleros Nobre Guedes, AEIE", a European Association of Economic Interest, and allows both firms to improve their capacities in the international arena offering legal advice in all business areas from their Madrid and Lisbon offices.
The strategic alliance puts together the individual experience of the signing firms and that of their current international partners with the main objective of providing a comprehensive and high quality service to clients.
Specifically, Olleros Abogados has a large experience in Cuba and a strong market position there through its “Cuban Desk” while Nobre Guedes, Mota, Soares & Associados has good access to the markets in Angola and Mozambique and strong links in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, directly or through international alliances.
In this way, Olleros Nobre Guedes copes with the evolving requirements of their clients and with the increasing globalization of the legal market that demands to reinforce synergies at international level.
