Am Law 200 firm Offit Kurman announces today its further expansion into Atlanta, GA, with the addition of two new attorneys, Henry Quillian III, a nationally recognized litigation and construction attorney, and Natalie Mark, a seasoned commercial litigation lawyer. Their arrival broadens the firm’s service offerings in the Southeast and reinforces its commitment to meeting the evolving legal needs of the region’s business community.

“Offit Kurman’s growth is driven by attracting attorneys who pair extensive experience with a true commitment to clients,” said Tim Lynch, President of Offit Kurman. “Henry and Natalie bring the kind of practical, business-focused counsel our clients rely on, and we look forward to the impact they will have in Atlanta and beyond.”

Henry brings more than three decades of experience guiding clients through high-stakes litigation and complex disputes, with a particular focus on construction law. He has served as lead trial counsel in matters across 18 states, handling a range of disputes, including contract disputes, fraud claims, insurance coverage, and intellectual property matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Henry serves as an arbitrator and mediator with Bay Mediation and Arbitration, LLC, and is a registered patent attorney, reflecting both the breadth and depth of his practice and his commitment to practical and efficient conflict resolution.

Natalie represents businesses, developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the construction and manufacturing industries. She has secured multimillion-dollar verdicts, favorable outcomes in multiparty construction defect cases, and frequently advises on contracts, compliance, insurance coverage, and risk management. Known for her pragmatic, collaborative approach, Natalie also advances diversity, equity, and inclusion within the profession and remains active in community service and professional organizations.

“We’re excited to welcome Henry and Natalie to our Atlanta office,” said Joe English, Principal and Founder of Offit Kurman’s Atlanta office. “Having been their partner for years, I know their experience and client-focused approach will further strengthen our ability to serve businesses across the region.”
