Guerrero Olivos represented oEnergy and its affiliates in a USD87 million international financing for the development and construction of a 24 solar projects portfolio in Chile with a 72MW capacity.
CIFI, the non-bank financial institution with most experience in financing infrastructure and energy in Latin America and the Caribbean, acted as lender.
