The corporate and M&A team of Finocchio & Ustra Sociedade de Advogados assitsted Aoop Soluções Digitais Ltda., a technology company specialized in hyperautomation, service design and cloud digital experiences, focused on ServiceNow, in an M&A transaction with NTT Data Business Solutions Participações S.A., a multinational corporation from the technology sector.
As a result of the transaction, Aoop joins NTT Data group, and, with the partnership, the companies aim to expand their business not only in Brazil, developing innovative digital solutions.
The transaction was conducted by partner Felipe Cervone alongside lawyers Camila de Godoy Ferreira, Letícia Flaminio and Júlia Cristina Arruda Savioli, with the participation of Enrico Abrahão Oliveira, all from Finocchio & Ustra's corporate and M&A team.
