Liudmyla has more than 15 years of experience in law, mainly focusing on antitrust and competition matters. Prior to joining Nobles, Liudmyla was an attorney at law with the Kyiv office of Schoenherr. She has a successful record of obtaining clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for business combinations and concerted practices, holding antitrust compliance audits, and advising on various other competition legal matters. During her extensive legal practice, Liudmyla represented such renowned clients as Robert Bosch GmbH, Mann+Hummel Holding GmbH, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Volkswagen AG, Zeppelin GmbH, JT International Holding B.V., Affinia Group Holdings Inc., Nanjing Chervon Industry Co., Ltd. 

Igor Plakhotniuk strengthens Nobles expertise in the compliance area. During his over 12 year experience working for Ukrainian banks, Igor has gained outstanding know-how in the banking and finance industry, including deep expertise in compliance, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering procedures, implementation of sanctions and black-list policies, corporate and assets-management activities. Throughout Igor’s career, he has spearheaded various training projects associated with anti-money laundering procedures, finance and banking.
