Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston (NNDKP) was part of an international team of lawyers that assisted CTP in connection with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam. NNDKP proudly acted as local counsel advising on Romanian law aspects of the project.
“We are happy to have closely advised CTP, our long-standing esteemed client, on its exceptional milestone achievement. This deal will help strengthen CTP’s position in the logistics sector in the CEE area. The IPO of the company marks a new era for CTP and highlights the importance of the logistics industry, a potential also promptly perceived by major institutional investors attracted by this IPO”, said Lavinia-Ionita Rasmussen, Partner at NNDKP.
CTP Group is the largest full-service owner-developer of prime industrial and logistics property in the Central & Eastern Europe region. CTP sold 61 million new shares in the IPO, representing 15.4% of its total number of shares, raising EUR 854.2 million (excluding over-allotment options), implying market capitalisation of CTP reached EUR 5.6 billion. The money raised will be used to develop new projects, for selective property acquisition and debt repayment.
