World-class Qualification in ADR
Professional accomplishments and New International Memberships continue to evolve.
Following one of our previous newsletters, regarding the successful completion of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ (CIArb) Module 4 Award Writing in International Commercial Arbitration, our Senior & Managing Partner, Mr Stavros Pavlou, has recently been interviewed and accepted as a Fellow of CIArb.
The CIArb is an international centre of excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The Fellowship of CIArb is the highest level of membership, attained by just 1/5 of CIArb’s members. Carrying the FCIArb title demonstrates international recognition of top level ADR expertise and professional involvement in one of the world’s leading centres of excellence for the development of arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Mr Pavlou stated “Investing in personal development and focusing on expertise are essential aspects in our work. Enhancing the skills of our people is one of our most important commitments to clients”.
Accreditation in Corporate Finance
We are proud to announce that Ms Elena Georgiou, Senior Lawyer in the Corporate Finance department of the Firm, has successfully completed the Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
