This strategic round of promotions reflects the firm’s sustained organic growth and serves as a direct response to a significant increase in client demand, particularly within the Litigation, Arbitration, Tax, and Data Protection practice areas.
Notably, this election cycle marks a historic milestone for the firm’s diversity and inclusion objectives with the appointment of Mayra Jiménez as the firm's first female partner in the Litigation practice.

The newly appointed partners and their key credentials are:
- Mayra Jiménez (Civil Litigation): A specialist in judicial litigation with an emphasis on contentious-administrative and constitutional processes in tax and customs matters. She provides strategic counsel in disputes between private entities and the Peruvian State, particularly the Tax Administration. She holds an LL.M. with a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University (2018) and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2012).
- Gonzalo Chirinos (Arbitration and Civil Litigation): An expert in arbitration and the resolution of highly complex civil, commercial, and constitutional disputes at both domestic and international levels. In 2020, he served as a member of the international arbitration team at Mayer Brown's Paris office. He holds an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, Paris (2019) and graduated summa cum laude from Universidad de Lima (2013).
- Francisco Baldeón (Corporate Law and Data Privacy): A specialist in corporate law and data protection, advises domestic and foreign investors on complex business organizations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Notably, he served on the Ministry of Justice working groups to reform the Peruvian General Companies Law. He holds a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (2017) and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2013).
- Eulogio Peña (Labor Law): An expert in labor dispute resolution, focusing on strategic design for corporate labor processes, constitutional cases, and administrative procedures before labor authorities. He advises both domestic and foreign companies on compensation structures, hiring, terminations, and compliance audits. He earned his LL.M. from The University of Melbourne (2018) and his law degree from Universidad de Lima (2012).
- Joan Tello (Tax, Foreign Trade, and Customs): A specialist in tax law focusing on complex tax consulting and litigation. He advises on audit procedures and administrative litigation before the tax administration and the Tax Court, as well as constitutional tax matters. He holds a Master's in Taxation and Fiscal Policy from Universidad de Lima (2021) and graduated with outstanding honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2011).
