Guerrero Olivos has promoted Benjamín Novoa to its partnership as of January 2023. Benjamín has developed an outstanding professional career at the firm, starting as a paralegal, and then as an associate lawyer from 2010.
Benjamín Novoa is member of the Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Corporate practice areas, and specializes in business law, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance operations. Benjamín obtained an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 and worked as a Latin American Fellow with White & Case, Miami between 2017 and 2019.
