Cechova & Partners, a leading Slovak full service business law firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of Lenka Subenikova as its newest partner, effective from November 2016. Lenka enhances the firm’s corporate capabilities while specialising in M&A and corporate matters, real estate and employment law. Lenka was previously a counsel at Wolf Theiss.
Lenka is a 2003 graduate of the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and a member of the Slovak Bar Association. She is fluent in Slovak, English and German. During her previous practice, she has been heavily involved in various M&A matters and has gained considerable experience in all types of commercial matters involving domestic and cross-border transactions, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, as well as day-to-day corporate matters. In real estate matters Lenka represented clients in real estate acquisitions and sales, project developments, construction law matters and focuses also on tenancy and construction law. She also has an extensive experience in advising clients on various employment law matters. Lenka has been individually recognised for the Corporate and M&A area by Legal 500, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and IFLR1000 and for the area of real estate by Legal 500.
Lenka will be advising primarily clients in various fields of M&A, real estate and employment, and will be in charge of the firm’s German desk.
