In addition, 3 associates joined the corporate/M&A team, Florencia Cortés, Daniela Ahumada and Sofía Middleton.
This designation and new recruitments come to strengthen and enhance these two practice areas that have been very active during this period, especially in international M&As in the energy, TMT and food industries.
Alejandro joined Guerrero Olivos in 2019 as the leading senior counsel of the tax team. He was a former senior manager in Ernst & Young and is a graduate from Universidad Diego Portales, holds a Tax Master from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, an LL.M. from the Northwestern University, and a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management. In addition, he worked in PWC in Chicago, USA.
Florencia is a graduate from Universidad de Los Andes and previously worked in the strategic advisory group with Rivadeneira Colombara Zegers y Cía. Ltda. and in the corporate/M&A team of Philippi Prietocarrioza Ferrero DU & Uría. Daniela is a graduate from Universidad de Chile and Sofía, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
