The managing partner of the new Poznan office will be Natalia Kotłowska-Wochna, a leader in both project management, technology transactions and NewTech, who will also assume the head of NewTech M&A.
Driven by trends in the global market, Kochański & Partners are expanding their technology practice group. With Monika Mackowska Moritz leading Compliance, Data Protection and Cybersecurity, and Jan Ziomek heading up Fintech, it’s clear there is a demand for a new leader to assume responsibility for the investment needs of technology companies and startups. This role will thus be taken by Natalia Kotłowska-Wochna, as head of NewTech M&A.

Natalia is someone who feels and speaks the language of the international technology business, understanding its’s needs and unique aspects.
Equally at home advising and managing projects related to due diligence, intellectual property and GDPR in M&A transactions, including their safeguarding and transferability, Natalia has many years of experience in managing complex transactions and multi-dimensional projects in the IT sector.
She has prepared licensing and implementation agreements for CRM systems, cloud computing and database usage, overseen SLAs for the provision of IT services, and service and implementation agreements with maintenance services, also dealing with licensing and the software copyright transfer.

Poznań serves as a key economic center, attracting both domestic and international investors, due to its robust and diversified economy, boasting an established industrial base, including automotive, manufacturing, and food processing sectors. with a growing emphasis on technology and innovation.

Natalia, who has worked extensively with companies on the other side of the Oder for many years, including on transactional, IP and GDPR projects, will fuse together the technology, M&A and cross-border threads, while incorporating the involvement of Kochański & Partners' German Desk, to create a living business organism in the capital of Wielkopolska.

She has a postgraduate degree in Business Psychology and is currently studying for a Masters in Psychology.
