REPORT IS BASED ON FEEDBACK FROM EMPLOYEES
(Denver, Colo., May 6, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has earned a place on the Denver Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces list. More than 2,400 employers were nominated this year, and of the 150 companies recognized – spanning small, medium and large companies – Moye White ranks 44th in the small business category. This is the firm’s sixth time being recognized as a Top Workplace by the Denver Post.
The Post’s selections are based solely on the employees' feedback in response to a survey. For the survey, the Post partnered with employee research and consulting firm Energage, which conducted the anonymous survey. Any organization was eligible to participate, provided it had at least 50 employees in the state.
Moye White was recognized by its employees for three strengths:
Interdepartmental cooperation (employees think the departments cooperate well). Clued-in employees (employees feel informed about important decisions). Innovation (employees feel encouraged to share new ideas).
In addition, the Top Workplaces analysis shared employee feedback, including this comment from a current employee, “I work for a law firm that desires to treat employees well. Everyone from top management down has shown respect, concern and care to each and every one of us. They truly appreciate their staff and it is shown month after month, year after year.”
The employee survey gathered responses on 15 cultural factors that are critical to success, including alignment, execution and connection.
