ED NAYLOR HAS MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF CORPORATE LAW EXPERIENCE.
DENVER (February 16, 2023) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce Ed Naylor has been named Vice-Chair of the firm’s Business Section.
Naylor has more than 40 years of experience in business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, licensing, and financings. He will be working alongside Section Chair Craig Knobbe.

Naylor joined the firm in 1980 and has represented a range of clients from individuals and small companies to multi-national corporations. He strives to understand and learn each client’s business so they can best utilize his services including planning corporate re-structures; preparing documents for his clients’ day-to-day commercial transactions; and drafting and negotiating supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and service agreements.
