This certification assesses whether such firms have taken into consideration a minimum representation of 30% women lawyers, underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for vital roles encompassing leadership, governance, equity partner promotions, formal client presentations, lateral lawyer recruitment, and more.
