Morgan & Morgan is pleased to announce the recent promotion of attorney Fanny Evans as partner of the Fiduciary Services Unit.
This designation reinforces the firm´s notable practice in estate planning and corporate services matters.
Fanny specializes in business and corporate law, estate planning and company formation and management. She also has a leading role as the Vice-President of Operations of the Caribbean region. For almost a decade, Fanny worked in the British Virgin Islands where she served as the Executive Director of our offices in that jurisdiction.
She has also served as a speaker at international conferences related to corporate legislation in the most important Caribbean jurisdictions (Belize, BVI and The Bahamas). She has also published articles about matters related to comparative law anti-money laundering, corporate governance, and regulatory law.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In addition, she is an associate of the Association of Women Directors of Panama (ADP).
