MLL Legal advised B2 Payment Solutions Inc. on its joint venture with abrantix AG

On 18 December 2023, B2 Payment Solutions and abrantix announced that they agreed to establish a joint venture to revolutionize the field of payment software automated testing by combining the expertise and knowledge in payment testing and certification. The joint venture company is PaytestLab AG.

B2 Payment Solutions Inc. is a North American company providing best-in-class products and services for the payment industry.

abrantix AG is an expert in software and technology solutions for the payment industry having developed more than 500 successful payment solutions and projects.
