On 16 October 2023, akquinet GmbH, an international IT consulting firm headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, announced that it has successfully acquired Maximum Solution Consulting Group GmbH, an internationally active consulting company specialized on Infor M3, M3 CloudSuite and Movex software, headquartered in Wollerau, Switzerland.
