Siro Astolfi comes from Aerolíneas Argentinas, the national air carrier, where he served as board member and as executive vice president, overlooking the areas of legal affairs and corporate governance and with general responsibility over all company initiatives aimed at significantly increasing the quality of internal corporate processes. He previously headed the corporate and M&A practices at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, the firm where he developed most of his professional career since his graduation in 1992 until his departure in January 2017. Siro specializes in complex corporate advise and competition and antitrust law. His experience includes, in Argentina as well as abroad, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and greenfield investment projects, capital markets and other financial transactions, antitrust, commercial and/or regulatory conflicts, and corporate governance and compliance advice.
Aixa Sureda was also a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, where she practiced law between 2002 and 2018. She is a corporate law specialist, with extensive experience structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and debt restructurings. In addition, Aixa is a leading expert in competition and antitrust law, and has been involved in several market investigations related to varied industry sectors, including credit cards, retail, maritime, oil & gas, and PVC tubing.
Evangelina González Soldo has developed her entire career working shoulder to shoulder with Siro and Aixa on corporate, public offering and antitrust matters.
