MFW Fiałek advised a company Icona sp. z o.o. within the scope of large-scale photovoltaic installation projects carried out on properties for investors focused on the renewable energy sector.
Law firm advice included providing comprehensive support in the transaction, including, among others, drafting and negotiating of the documents. This transaction was important as it included in particular our comprehensive advice in a real estate development and energy sectors, in particular aspects of the construction process.
