MFW Fiałek advised Langmedia sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of 70% of shares in ESL Brains sp. z o.o.

The law firm's advisory services included the preparation, negotiation and conclusion of transaction documentation, including the preliminary share purchase agreement (SPA) and shareholders' agreement (SHA).
