today announced the addition of

Matthew Pisciotta

as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He will practice out of the West Palm Beach office.

Pisciotta joins the firm after previously serving as an associate at Zarin & Steinmetz in White Plains, N.Y. While there, he represented private developers, institutional investors, and individuals in all aspects of the land development process for high value multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. He also has experience in eminent domain proceedings, recently representing a municipality in a large-scale renewal project and a highly complex $25 million federal civil rights litigation matter. Additionally, Pisciotta represents clients in all aspects of complex land use, environmental, landlord-tenant, and commercial litigation in state and federal court.

Pisciotta earned his bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Penn., and received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, N.Y. While there, he was awarded the Phyllis Mehler Seavey and Robert W. Seavey Scholarship Prize for real estate finance as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in real estate transactions and finance.

Admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and New York, Pisciotta also holds admissions with the United State District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United State District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
