The acquisition of the majority of shares (70%) in Agrolab RDS S.A. of the Efthymiadis Agrotechnology Group by the German Group Tentamus, a global leader in specialized laboratory services with over 60 labs in 16 countries has been completed. The integration of Agrolab RDS S.A., which is already active apart from Greece in Cyprus and Bulgaria, in the German Group Tentamus, is the result of one of the largest acquisitions in the agrotechnology sector in Greece and aspires to create a leading player in the industry of specialized laboratory services in Southeastern Europe. The German Group Tentamus was advised in relation to the acquisition by the law firm “Masouros & Partners” and Grant Thornton, while the Efthymiadis Agrotechnology Group was advised by the law offices of Katerina Gratziou.
