Marval O’Farrell Mairal Advised on the Setting Up of Financial Trust “Unicred Factoring XIX”

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has recently participated in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the Financial Trust “Unicred Factoring XIX”, under Global Program “Fideicomisos Financieros Unicred Asset Backed Securities”, for a total amount of ARS 730,371,476.

The issuance took place on March 27, 2023, and it included Debt Securities Class A for ARS 585,392,000, Debt Securities Class B for ARS 43,823,000, and Certificates of Participation for ARS 101,156,476.

Cooperativa de Crédito y Vivienda Unicred Ltda. acted as administrator and trustor; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee; AdCap Securities Argentina S.A. acted as organizer and placement agent; and Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A., Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. acted as placement agents.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission. Securities will be negotiated through Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. and will be listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.
