On November 18, the shareholders of Laboratorios de Medicina S. A. (Labmedicina) and Diagnóstico Maipú por Imágenes S. A. (Diagnóstico Maipú), a subsidiary of Diagnósticos Da América (DASA), entered into a purchase agreement for the acquisition by Diagnostico Maipú of 100 % of the capital and votes of Labmedicina.
 
Labmedicina is a local leader in the field of healthcare and in the assistance of patients, biochemists, clinics and diagnostic centers and supplies, meeting the highly complex demand of more than 500 laboratories and dialysis centers throughout the country and covering the needs of patients from public and private medical insurance providers.
 
Diagnostico Maipú is also a leader in the field of healthcare, operating as a low, medium, and high complexity diagnostic imaging center and as a clinical analysis laboratory, providing services in 11 areas with over 1,100 workers, including administrative workers, technicians, biochemists, and doctors.
