On December 17, Agrofy –a leading Latin American agrifintech– announced a USD 30 million round of investment led by Yara Growth Ventures. In this transaction, Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Yara Growth Ventures through partners Bárbara V. Ramperti and María Inés Brandt, along with associate Francisco Abeal.
Through this Series C investment round, Yara Growth Ventures joined Agrofy among existing investors such as SP Ventures, Acre Venture Partners, Bunge Ventures, Syngenta Ventures, Cresud, Lartirigoyen, Fall Line Capital, and Brasil Agro.
