Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised IFCO Systems Argentina SA on the transaction through which the company acquired certain assets from Argen-Pool Systems SA, as part of IFCO’s ongoing strategy to expand and optimize its operations in Argentina.
The transaction was completed on November 15, 2025. The parties agreed that the implementation of the acquired assets will follow the procedures established in the agreement and will be carried out according to the operational timelines agreed upon by IFCO Argentina and Argen-Pool.
This acquisition forms part of IFCO Argentina’s plan to enhance its operational capacity and strengthen its position in the local market through the incorporation of key assets used in the provision of logistics and pooling solutions.
Marval O’Farrell Mairal’s team involved in the transaction included Gabriel Matarasso, Candela Di Cuffa, and Agustin Ponti, who advised IFCO Argentina on the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of the terms of the agreement.
