The former Secretary General of the International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC), Dr Manfred Heider, 65, has joined as Special Counsel the international law firm Konrad & Partners.
Konrad & Partners, the international arbitration law firm, is delighted to announce that Dr Manfred Heider, former Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, has joined the firm as Special Counsel, effective 1 January 2018.
Dr. Heider has served for more than 16 years as Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre. Under his leadership and during his term of office, the most important reforms of the Austrian arbitration law as well as of the Vienna Arbitration and Mediation Rules took place. He is a recognized expert in arbitration and is highly esteemed in Austria and internationally, foremost in the CEE region, for his expertise and know-how.
