Karla Cid focuses her practice on corporate matters as well as new technologies, intellectual property, and telecommunications law. She has lead important transactions like advised Kaszek Ventures in financing rounds for Fintual (2020) and Phage Technologies (2021), moreover, she was an attorney advisor at Ministry of the General Secretariat of the Presidency in the Modernization and Digital Government Unit, and worked as legal advisor at Microsoft Chile.  Karla has been recognized by The Legal 500 Latin America 2023 in Corporate and M&A, Data Privacy, and TMT.

Rodrigo Valenzuela focuses his practice on entertainment law, advising national and international clients on the drafting and negotiation of diverse types of agreements such as financing, development, production, distribution, licensing and assignment of rights; new technologies, licensing and development of software agreements and technology platforms, including personal data protection and cybersecurity; and intellectual and industrial property, specifically trademarks, patents, licenses and lawsuits regarding intellectual and industrial property infringements. He has been ranked by Leaders League 2021 in IP Litigation and Enforcement and IAM Patent 1000, 2022 in Silver Category and 2020 as a Rising Star.
