Luciana Felisbino, Corporate and M&A partner, has over 20 years of experience in the area with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Governance. Before Madrona, she was head of M&A at Machado Associados and Martinelli Advogados. Prior to that, she has served as General Counsel of AIG Capital Partners for Latin America for nearly 10 years. She is a Law graduate from FMU, with an LLM in Corporate Law from INSPER Institute, post-MBA in the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women (ABP-W) at Saint Paul Business School and has recently participated in Harvard Business School’s Innovation and Disruptive Strategy course, given by. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and the American Foundation Women Corporate Directors (WCD).

Partner Luis Nagalli takes over the area of Competition Law. He has over 10 years of experience representing national and international clients before CADE, the Brazilian Antitrust Authority and negotiating Leniency Agreements and Terms of Commitment to Termination (TCC) before CADE and CGU. Luis is recognized as an antitrust expert by international publications and contributed to the eighth edition of the Antitrust Law Developments of the American Bar Association (ABA). He is a member of the Economic and Competition Affairs committees of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC), and of the Competition Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP). He is a Law graduate from Mackenzie Presbiterian University and holds a Master's in Law from New York University.

Specialized in alternative dispute resolution methods (arbitration, mediation, dispute boards and negotiation) Fabio Alem is part of the Civil Litigation and Arbitration area, bringing experience in serving companies from different sectors, especially foreign trade, construction, energy, real estate, technology and transport. He holds a law degree from the Pontífica Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialization degree in Mediation and Arbitration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), a Master's in Comparative Civil Law from PUC-SP. He was a partner at Veirano Advogados and has also worked as a lawyer at the Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca, in Madrid.

With over 30 years of experience, José Eduardo Toledo is part of the Tax area of the firm and acts in the supervision and conduction of tax judicial and administrative proceedings, representing large national and foreign clients from various areas of expertise. He brings vast experience in specialized consulting services in indirect taxes, foreign trade, customs taxation, and arbitration. He teaches specialization and extension courses in Tax Law, Foreign Trade, Arbitration and Digital Economy at IBET, APET, FBT and CERS, among others. He was a judge at the Tax and Fees Court of the São Paulo State Secretariat of Finance.

Marcelo Vicentini also adds to the Tax area, acting in general consulting and taxation of the financial and capital markets, as well as in the area of structuring and implementing tax planning structures for individuals and companies, in Brazil and abroad. He has worked for 6 years in an audit firm (Big Four), and for over 15 years he was responsible for the tax area (Brazil and Latin America) in large international and national banks. He also has experience as a former advisor representing taxpayers on the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals of the Ministry of Finance – CARF and is a Former Technical Director of the Tax Commission of the Brazilian Association of International Banks – ABBI. He has also been a professor for over 10 years in INSPER's Graduate Studies (LLM) programs.
