International law firm Gianni & Origoni announces the hire of Luca dal Cerro, an expert in international tax and revenue law who will join the firm’s Tax department as Partner.
Luca was hired from Legance, where he arrived in 2019 after fifteen years of experience gained first in the Tremonti Vitali Romagnoli Piccardi boutique firm, then at Linklaters. During his career, he has developed significant expertise in the tax structuring required for inbound and outbound investments and in advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of tax in complex transactions, including equity and debt capital markets transactions, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, real estate and M&A transactions, securitisations and structured finance.
Luca is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Italy and sits at the “fiscal table” of Assoimmobiliare and of AIFI.
