LOVILL is pleased to announce the promotion of former senior associates Alejandro Fung and Jeannette Bravo to partners of the firm.
Jeannette has extensive experience representing and advising multinational companies and companies with regional presence in matters regarding labor, immigration, administrative, public and corporate law, as well as industrial property and public contracts. She has been consistently regarded by legal publications for her attentiveness to client matters, effective strategies and D&I initiatives. She obtained her Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA). Additionally, she has the following Titles and Master's Degrees: Master in International Relations: Economics, Law and Politics from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid, Spain (2014), Magister Cum Laude in Procedural Law from USMA (2015), Specialization in Labor Law from the Universidad Latina de Panamá (2017) and Master in Labor Law from USMA (2020).
Alejandro has provided legal advice to international and local companies, family offices and private clients in corporate, M&A, real estate, tax, and private wealth matters for over a decade. He is well recognized by international publications and clients for his excellent service and expertise in complex corporate matters. Alejandro obtained his Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Latina de Panamá in 2012, as well as a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh in 2013.
