Grupo Q is engaging in a syndicated credit agreement with Banco Latinoamericano De Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) in two tranches, where four companies of the group act as co-borrowers, and there is a guarantor. The agreement is valued on US$101,500,000.00 and involved legality and enforceability in El Salvador, Costa Rica, United States of America and Panama.

LOVILL acted as the local counsel of the guarantor, assisting Grupo Q on the review of the credit agreement, review and drafting of a banking legal opinion about the corporate faculties of the guarantor and legality and enforceability of the agreement in Panama and coordinating with parties on different issues relating to the transactions.
