Avance advises Logistea AB (publ) on expanding its Finnish property portfolio by entering into an agreement to acquire two fully leased light industrial properties in Tampere and Oulu, Finland. The combined lettable area of the properties is 10,469 sqm and both assets are fully let to Vianor Oy, a Finnish tire and car services company.
