Loyens & Loeff welcomes Lieke van der Velden as a partner in its Corporate / M&A practice in the Netherlands.
With more than 30 years of experience, she advises national and international clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and management buy-outs. Lieke's practice spans a broad range of clients and sectors, with particular expertise in the financial sector. Throughout her career, she has also held various leadership positions.
Lieke’s arrival strengthens Loyens & Loeff’s position among corporate clients and financial institutions and expands the firm's capacity to advise clients on their most strategic transactions and complex corporate law matters.
