Leoff Capital GmbH continues to strategically expand its portfolio in Poland. Leoff successfully acquired, via one of its group companies, a Carrefour hypermarket in Kraków. The property has 11,400 sqm of GLA and is located at Witosa street.
The acquisition of the Carrefour building is the second investment of Leoff Group in Poland following its acquisition of Power Park Opole. Leoff Group’s strategy includes expanding its portfolio of food-anchored retail properties in Poland. The latest acquisition in Krakow is consistent with the Leoff Group's investment profile. Leoff recognizes that Poland offers an excellent investment landscape with numerous opportunities.
With this transaction, Leoff has once again demonstrated its ability to act and its reliability in the current market environment.
