LAW Partnership is acting for IPMUDA Berhad on several recently-announced acquisition transactions.
IPMUDA has announced that these acquisitions will include the acquisition of companies that will own and operate a hydro power plant in Sabah; a solar power plant in Kedah; and a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur specialising in paediatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology. These acquisitions are part of IPMUDA’s growth plans to diversify its business streams.
