Mohit brings a wealth of experience advising developers, corporates, financial institutions, investors, etc. on a diverse range of real estate transactions across India. His expertise spans land acquisitions, project development, title diligence, leasing & licensing, transaction structuring, and documentation for complex real estate matters. He is particularly recognised for his work on the real estate dimensions of redevelopment projects, data centers, warehousing, and renewable energy projects.
Over the years, Mohit has played a pivotal role in several marquee, high-value transactions. He is known for his sharp commercial acumen and his ability to deftly navigate complex title, regulatory, and structuring challenges, consistently delivering pragmatic and value-driven solutions.
Before coming on board, Mohit was associated with Kochhar & Co., Hariani & Co., and Godrej Properties.
