Focus on responding client’s innovative needs
Sander was appointed as the Managing Partner of TGS Baltic in Estonia as of this year. After six years at the helm, Martin Tamme is focusing on further developing the Real Estate & Construction practice group in the firm.
Sander himself notes that “being appointed as a new Managing Partner is a great honour and challenge at the same time. As a true full-service law firm, with strong market position, the firm will remain as a strategic partner for its present and future client able to solve most complex legal issues and manage challenging projects in all areas in the legal environment which is becoming more and more complex.
“The firm has recently put more emphasis on developing further innovation related and specialisation areas such as FinTech, State Aid, Transportation and IP/IT/Data Protection, just to name a few, with all of them having strong and dedicated teams, which shows our ability to swiftly respond to our clients’ innovative needs. This gives us comfort that in the present unstable economic environment our highly skilled team will be able to serve our clients in the best possible manner,” Sander told.
