Kinstellar has successfully advised Raiffeisenbank on the financing for the acquisition of Trestles, a manufacturer of handling and storage equipment with offices in the Czech Republic, France, Austria and Poland.
Kinstellar advised on the drafting of loan and security documentation and on the escrow agreement for settlement of the purchase price.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
